Karel OP500 is a software-based IP operator phone that provides fast and practical solutions for all communication needs of operators.

In addition to basic IP telephony features such as status tracking, instant messaging and voice calls, it also has many other advanced features such as viewing conference rooms, call transfer and monitoring system alarms. The interface is in Turkish, but you can change the language preference through the user profile.

      The user can customize the location, size and number of windows in the interface according to the functions he or she needs most often. In this way, the user creates the most effective use that will increase work efficiency in line with his/her own comfort zone

      Call Audit
      On the OP500 software-based IP operator console, all details such as the name and number of the called and dialed subscribers can be accessed. The call is not missed, details can be accessed, and the user can follow further information thanks to the "warning pop-ups" that appear when busy or during numerous incoming calls at the same time (forwarding call, network, external, returning from transfer)

      Phonebook Window

      • All contacts added to the system can be viewed in the "Phonebook Window". By clicking on a subscriber in this list, you can send instant messages, share desktops or even connect to that subscriber's desktop. You can also make announcements and hunt calls when necessary.
      • You can facilitate your business processes with the options to add, edit and delete new groups at any time with the “Manage Groups” feature.

       Subscribers to Track
      By creating different lists, the status information of hundreds of people can be monitored at the same time. These contacts can be called with a click, and time losses in the workflow are minimized by easily transferring the incoming call with the “drag and drop call” feature.

      Parking List Window
      If there are incoming calls while a call is in progress, you can use the “drag and drop” feature to put the call on hold in the “Parking List” and then transfer the call to a subscriber or conference room.

      Conference Room
      All active conference rooms, participants and the duration of the conference can be seen in the system. The OP500 user can transfer an incoming call to the desired room.

      PBX Group Window
      The details of the subscribers in the pbx group can be viewed for each SIP account. Thus, you can easily access all details such as access code, name, pbx group registration status and duration, phone number, access code-name of the other party, routing and do not disturb on your screen.

      Call List
      Details of all incoming/outgoing, missed, blocked calls such as date, duration, contact, account and result can be listed.

      Alarms
      OP500 enables monitoring of all alarms that occur on the system.

      Video Window
      Face-to-face communication with the person or persons in front of you through the “Video Window” increases your work efficiency.
