WEBCM200 is a web-based call recording software compatible with Karel IPG and DS200 series switchboards.
With WEBCM200, you can collect call recording information from multiple switchboards in your multi-location business in a single center over IP network. You can access call recording information and get reports from anywhere with an internet connection. WEBCM200 enables multiple users to operate and analyze call logs at the same time.
Web interface: It may be used from anywhere with an internet connection with the help of a web browser.
Multiple users: It may be used by multiple users at the same time.
Language Support: Supports different languages for different users at the same time.
Recording of all calls: Call record information of all calls and SMSs sent and received by Karel GT10M/GT20 GSM Gateways can be reported over the system.
Detailed reporting: Calls can be reported in detail as per the extensions, external lines, operators, prefixes, hours, and PBX by the date interval; and calls can be charged as per call rates according to the details like credits, prefixes, time etc.
Charging: Supports various currencies for charging.
Authorization: Users may be authorized as standard user, group manager, system manager etc.
Flexible reporting: Various reporting contents may be prepared by the user.
E-mail: Reports may be e-mailed to the users automatically in specified intervals.
Phonebook: Personal and common phonebook records may be generated. You can call a number by clicking on this number in the phonebook.
Back-up and maintenance: Daily database update and back-up can be performed automatically at specified time without any interruption by the user.

System Requirements
Server that the WEBCM will be installed shall have the following properties:
Windows 2000 or later operating system on server side
400 MB drive space for installation
CD-ROM drive to run the installation CD
CPU, drive space and RAM specifications required to run the application may differ according to the data traffic and number of drives.
