Net-Konsol200/200S is a computer-telephony integration (CTI) software developed for DS200 series switchboard users. It allows to control the voice communication of the switchboard users easily over the computer. It allows the operations performed over the phone to be seen on the computer screen. It can run on one or more users' computers connected to a Windows-based network.
It is possible to monitor the statuses of all extensions and external lines registered in the system.
It is possible to create personal console windows.
User is warned with an audible and/or visual warning when the Net-Console window is closed by minimizing or locking the window, a new call is received, a new unanswered call occurred, a new text message is received, or a new voicemail is received.
You can listen and reply to the received voicemail.
You can view and reply to the received messages.
You can also take personal notes on the calls.
It is possible to access old notes easily during the call.
You can print the notes with a printer, if required.
It is possible to display the central phonebook and make calls from the central phonebook.
You may create a personal phonebook with unlimited number of entries and make calls from this phonebook with one click.
