The MS38 series consists of MS38S and MS38C models with LCR technology that directs the communication process to the most economical tariff, allowing remote programming in service and maintenance services. Robot operator, voice message box, Net-CM Reporting software that allows the data produced during the communication process to be monitored on the computer screen, automatic fax forwarding are the prominent solutions in both models of the series.
The MS38C model has the ability to display the calling number (CID) on all extensions operating on lines supported by Türk Telekom, and battery connectivity that makes power outages a non-issue.
