Power Tests

MIL-STD-704, DO-160-Section-16, MIL-STD-1399 and MIL-STD-1275 standards specify the power requirements and characteristics of the platforms from which the equipment is supplied. Equipment must operate effectively and accurately under changing power conditions. To verify this and to observe the effects of power conditions on the equipment, tests in accordance with the set energy standards must be applied to the equipment. These tests evaluate how the equipment performs under various energy conditions to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
