Compatible with DS200, DS200S and DS200M switchboards, Karel FT20 is a digital phone set specially designed for operators and users. In addition to the features of the switchboard such as automatic dialing, conferencing, queuing and alarms; it provides speed and practicality to its users with its special purpose keys and advanced display.
The Karel FT20 Operator/Feature Phone was developed using a 2/4 line LCD display. Accept and reject buttons facilitate the operator's selection process, while dual function and illuminated buttons allow you to monitor the occupancy of lines and subscribers. There are sixteen dual function keys and each one is programmable. Six function keys are designed to give you quick and easy access to frequently used features. The volume control keys, four in total, can also be used for volume up/down, mute and handsfree functions.
You can create a phone book of up to 100 numbers on the FT20 Operator/Feature Phone, which you can use with handsfree speakerphone, headset or handset options. This way, you can see the names of contacts stored in the contacts list on the screen when they call, and get information about answered/unanswered calls.
